After installing Itadaki (http://sourceforge.net/projects/itadaki/), an
indispensable tool for people writing in Japanese, the menus are no more
exported to the global menubar. The old style menus are displayed
instead. (Itadaki adds an entry into the menu called "Itadaki", between
"Tools" and "Window")
