Public bug reported:
After having to kill my session (no more apps could be started, another
story) and rebooting, I got a notification like "The system is running
again after a crash appened" or so, with a little comic bomb icon. after
clicking the icon, I got a message that notification-daemon itself
crashed (see attachment).
