Public bug reported:
Pretty much every time since the latter part of 2011, when there is a
kernel upgrade this error comes along with those upgrades.
It's during the install of the routine upgrades that one is directed to
report these issues , which is what brings us here.
There is always presented a list of existing bug reports to choose from
and there are indeed ones that are *similar* but typically having to do
with previous versions. Most times those bug reports are marked expired
and such. Whatever the issue is , it's been a long standing one and if
there were a guess to be advanced , the problem is likely confined to
the 32 bit distributions.
Anyways , really don't know what more to offer by way of description.
