Public bug reported:

Behavior is set to: auto-hide: on; reveal location: left side;
sensitivity: maximum (all the way to the right).

However, moving the mouse against the left side does not reveal the
launcher. Using the keyboard (e.g. pressing Alt-F1, or Super), does
reveal the launcher. But the mouse alone does not.

I have tried toggling Auto-hide on and off, and clicked on "Restore
Default Behaviours", but the result is the same.
