Select input method "Pinyin", the function "Candidates orientation"
doesn't work.
Expected behavior: When the "Candidates orientation" is set to vertical,
the input candidates will be vertical.
Actual behavior: The input candidates are always horizontal.
** Affects: ibus-pinyin (Ubuntu)
