Re: 3.6-rc7 and this driver. Apparently the problem above was with the module built with WEXT rather than nl/cfg80211, due to the dkms package's Makefile tripping on the "3.6-rc7" kernel version as it's missing a SUBLEVEL (ex. the 0 in 3.6.0) Fixing that, and getting a wl module built with nl/cfg80211 triggers a kernel bug with wpa_supplicant 1.0-2
