HP LaserJet 2200DT (USB) stops printing after one page. Connected via USB.

When printing another page, Printer status is "sending data to printer"
and neither first or second job does not go through. The printer applet
is not shown after first page is sent.
When printing cups test page, test page job goes through (ignoring all
other jobs).
