Public bug reported:
I am tryingto enable Japanese input in Ubuntu 12.04 (English version).
In order to doing that I need ot install the Japanese language pack.
Trying form the "Language Support" commands gives error "Broken packages
database". I thougt it was local so I "sudo apgt-get install -f" several times,
upgraded some of the packages, rebooted.
Trying from synaptic I have got the error that this package is broken. So no
installation is possible.
