I've just tried this again and it is a total and complete nightmare to
build this package.
Debuild is for building Debian packages which I am not interested in: I
just want to a static build to work around Bug #765424.
Debuild is now throwing it's own fit with GPG signing error, but I don't
want a .deb package anyway.
If make is failing to find sys/tree.h then it must be looking in the
wrong place. This needs to be addressed.
I don't know how the includes are defined or I would send a patch
myself.
Workaround is to mkdir ./sys and cp /usr/include/bsd/sys/tree.h ./sys.
ln -s or adding an -I throws up all kinds of errors no matter what order
I try to put this in.
