Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Panel should be able to display a list of applets and allow removal of
them. Removing applets by right-clicking on them doesn't always work.
If an applet hangs, there is no way to remove it. Other applets like
the disk mounting applet don't display an icon to right-click on unless
a removable disk has been connected.
