Public bug reported:

The Go package in precise is Go 1.0, while the latest version from
golang.org is 1.0.3. This is just a bugfix update, so I don't see a
reason why it shouldn't be updated, especially in an LTS release.

Also, why is the package version "2:1-5"? where did that number come
from?
