Public bug reported:

invoking HUD doesn't display relevant items for the program I am using.
I expect the HUD to search the menu of the program in focus, and offer 
suggestions relevant to that program.
Instead I find it shows irrelevant content and items that are for programs that 
I am not using.
I am running Quantal Beta, and Precise 12.04.1 with Unity 6.6.0 in the Beta.
