I've tried to reproduce this.
I booted into 20121001 image with bluetooth dongle. Ubiquity-dm session
started, from syslog bluetooth was activated. 5 minutes later the bluetooth
applet appeared as per design. No crash was generated. Can you reproduce this
with recent images?
