The reason for the build failure here is that eclipse-mylyn has been
misbuilt. Prolonged investigation today led to me tracking down this
bug in jh_installeclipse, which was the root cause:
javatools (0.43ubuntu2) quantal; urgency=low
* jh_installeclipse: Allow any installed package to provide a .jar
dependency, not just those with desired-state install.

I'll build my way back up the stack over the next day or so and get this
sorted out.
