I set it back to Confirmed.  This is the second time 'toda' has done
that; you can see it above.  That user goes around changing statuses and
assignments that they evidently don't understand.  It's worse when
he/she sets a bug to Fix Released; most users, like me, can't undo that
change.

I've tried to bring some attention to this before.  From looking at the
bugs they've submitted, they don't seem to speak English.  I don't speak
Romanian, so I haven't emailed them directly.  (Plus I'd be too
ungracious, at this point...)  If anyone has more Launchpad privileges,
and knows the best/standard way to deal with problems like this, that
would be great.  Thanks.
