Wait.. The last sympthom was still the same. It's not about trigger change, then. This problem is caused by tex-common generated postinst. (See http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=648697 for more info.) It's supposed to be fixed since tex-common 3.4. It's weird that this still persists.
