@ Comment 59 Leonardo Silva Amaral (leleobhz) It looks like you are using external metadata (isms) instead of Linux Raid format. Booting of isms raid volues with mdadm is currently not supported. You can/should use dmraid instead, until mdadm/isms support is integrated into initramfs-tools. There is a bug open about it.
