Argh, outdated ftp.debian.org tricked my (again).
For the next sync request: please list what the Ubuntu changes are and
why they can be dropped.
For the archive admins:
The Ubuntu changes are: replace postgresql-dev with libpq-dev in build-depends.
This change is included in the new Debian package (it's bug #429971).
