- fix sub-menuitems were not edge-to-edge (LP: #1059483)
- add fallback icons to hicolor theme (LP: #1059591)
- add ubuntuone-client-* icons to our themed icon search (LP: #1043379)
- look for -symbolic versions of app icons (LP: #1054310)
- silence console g_warnings() (LP: #1052995)
* debian/patches/use_new_icons.patch: dropped, the fix is in the update
* debian/indicator-sync.install: updated for the new version
