Yup, I agree, and I understood that from 64814. But the fact remained
that it still wanted to remove everything, and that there is something
similar between apt and aptitude (i.e. the extended_states and pkgstates
files) -- and please note I said similar, not the same.

I have not had unofficial packages in this system -- they are either
Ubuntu-official, or I build them myself (and they end up via "make
install" in /usr/local).
