Steps to reproduce:
1) Open programs which will max out cpu beyond normal limit.
2) Open a preview for a video.
3) If cpu is taxed enough, the preview image will time out and say 'No Image
Available'.
4) A few seconds later (can take some time), The image will appear, but the 'No
Image Available' label is still visible.
