There is a network device (usb0) connected, which does not get an IPv4
nor an IPv6 address, and constantly cycles through trying to establish a
connection. It seems to be a Sony Ericsson phone connected to your
computer.

Please disconnect this device if it is not required, and the connection
will stay stable (provided one is through eth0 or wlan1, seems like
there is a wifi connection available through wlan1).

Should you really want to use a tethered connection via your phone, you
may want to verify that the phone is properly configured to share the
internet connection when connected via USB.

Since this is not a bug I'm closing this report as "Invalid". Thanks,
and please don't hesitate to report bugs for any further issues you may
find.
