Ubuntu Chinese Edition 12.10 (Quantal Quetzal) Daily Build
issue-1: Restart and Shut down not working. Both 'Restart' and 'Shut down' are
logout the users and take them to the Login page.
issue-2: After clicked 'Restart' or 'Shut down', and login back in observed
that all the desktop files are missing.
