I upgraded to kubuntu 12.10 x64 from kubuntu 12.04 x64. I found that the
opened windows somtimes have a white border around them. I changed
several plasma themes and found that the same problem keep occurs. I
paste an image capture from my desktop at http://snag.gy/t2dPB.jpg
