Public bug reported:
A small stripe above a sound notification is sometimes shown. See
attached image.
The stripe is shown when 1) the volume level changes , and 2) there are
no previous notifications on the screen.
The stripe disappears when I hover the mouse over the notification, but appears
again when the mouse leaves the notification.
It also disappears when I "refresh" the notification, i.e. change volume level
again while the notification is still shown.
