Issue: Clicking on desktop, Alt+F does not do anything. Fails to open
the desktop menubar.
Action:
1 Click on the desktop
2 Press Alt + F (or any accelerator corresponding to the "File" item in
your language)

-> Desktop menubar appears, first menubar item is selected and its menu
appears
