* debian/patches/02_use_mutagen: use mutagen, because pyid3lib seems to be
discontinued (patch from Julian Andres Klode <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>).

* Switch to dpatch.
* Adhere to DebianMaintainerField.
* debian/control:
- build-depends on dpatch
- suggests faad, mplayer instead of recommends
- depends on mpg321 instead of mpg123 which is in multiverse
- drop python-id3 dependency and add python-mutagen.
