Public bug reported:

After a random amount of time, wifi disconnects and any attempts to
reconnect fail. Happens regardless of having had the computer suspended.

dmesg says "chip reset failed", "unable to reset channel", "unable to
set channel", "failed to stop TX DMA", "DMA failed to stop in 10 ms",
"could not stop RX".

Reboot always fixes. Turning wlan adapter power saving off also fixes.
When the following commands at run after startup, the problems never
appears:

sudo iwconfig wlan0 power off
sudo iw dev wlan0 set power_save off
