Hi there,
I think this just isn't implemented yet in the Ubuntu version of live-build.
In Precise live-build creates a initrd file in the binary directory.
Afterwards i build the image using genisoimage, on precise this wasn't a
problem but in Quantal i get busybox after the boot screen that says that it
can't find a live system on the media.
Never had this problem with Precise.
