Approving this change request, because even though it is a minor feature
it does not have any negative user experience impact, and could be
helpful for power users.

Currently launcher allows opening applications with Meta+# shortcuts, but
there's no way to access quicklists with keyboard.
Suggest to show them by adding Shift key to the corresponding shortcuts, i.e.
Show quicklists on Meta+Shift+# and Meta+Shift+a/s/f
