Testing with U1 nightlies enabled
TEST CASE:
1. Open U1 Control Panel
2. Minimize it
3. On the indicator, click on the menu item "Open U1"
ACTUAL RESULT:
U1 control panel blinks in the launcher but stays minimized, while it should
restore.
