While it seemed to work okay for me for a while, after a clean install,
it now seems to work intermittently.

Seemingly at random, when I boot up I sometimes need to ifdown/ifup
cycle my wireless card for it to connect properly.

Using 2.6.20-16-generic #2 SMP.
All packages are up to date.

/etc/network/interfaces :

auto lo
iface lo inet loopback
address 127.0.0.1
netmask 255.0.0.0

iface eth1 inet dhcp
wireless-essid ginger.wireless

auto eth1

iface eth0 inet dhcp

auto eth0
