Situation has been modified as I now run Quantal, due to other bugs in
Precise I could not wait for a fix on. However, the same problem of not
being able to run 64-bit Ubuntu guests in 32-bit Ubuntu hosts remains.
Despite this, attempting to further bisect by installing
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.2.4-precise/ yielded
the attached kernel panic.
