Public bug reported:
During installation of both 32 and 64-bit variants of Ubuntu, the
installer says there is an error with the installer. Proceeded with
using distros of from both torrent and alternative no gui but still the
issue stands. I am able to successfully install Ubuntu server, but
nothing else.
