Steps to reproduce:

I can use Shift+F2 to open the new developer toolbar in Firefox 16.0 or
16.0.1 or today's Firefox 17 Beta, but pressing Shift+F2 again doesn't
close the toolbar like it should. I've been told that this bug doesn't
exist in the latest nightly.
