Public bug reported:
In Ekiga 3.2.7 and ubuntu 12.04, H323 account fails to register on a
gatekeeper. It seems that SIP type of register is used instead, whereas
the account type is H323 in gconf. No problem under windows version of
ekiga with the same machine.
