Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. Since this issue was
filed, 10.10 has reached End of Life.
However, I tried to reproduce this issue with the next release, Ubuntu
11.04 as well as the latest development version 12.10. In both cases,
laby started without any problems. Could you please check back whether
this issue is still present in a current release of Ubuntu? (And if it
is, please try to start the program from the terminal and see if there
are any errors or other messages printed.)
