sftp://foo
* in 12.04, Thunar 1.2.3:
        - open thunar
        - CTRL+L
        - type ssh://foo
        - accepted and prompted for credentials
        - automatically translated to sftp://foo

* in 12.10, Thunar 1.4.0:
        - open thunar
        - CTRL+L
        - type ssh://foo
        - not acceppted, leading icon changes to a no sign
