Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.22

While trying to install the mpdscribble package, I get a kernel oops!
Reporting on gutsy, doesn't occur in feisty.  I also realise this may be
invalid since I use a restricted driver, but I need guidance here.
Here's the gist of what happens:
