Public bug reported:

The only remaining difference for Ubuntu is to build for Python 2.5.
While building older, redundant external packages made sense for the
first release with Python 2.5 as the default (Feisty), for Gutsy I think
we ought to just use the celementtree provided by Python 2.5 and so a
sync is appropriate. Debian/changelog since the last merge:

celementtree (1.0.5-9) unstable; urgency=low

  [ Piotr Ozarowski ]
  * Added XS-Vcs-Svn field

  [ Bernd Zeimetz ]
  * Added XS-Vcs-Browser field
  * Fixed lintian warning package-has-a-duplicate-build-relation
    for cdbs and debhelper

  [ Scott Kitterman ]
  * Add debian/control and debian/rules changes for python-celementree-dbg
    package from Ubuntu
  * Add debian/add python-celementtree.install
