1. Launch USC.
2. Press Tab.
3. Press Tab again.
What happens:
1. The search field has a visible focus ring.
2. The banner gets a thick grey border.
3. There is no visible focus ring.
What should happen:
1. The search field has a visible focus ring.
2. The banner has a visible focus ring the same color.
3. The first category (e.g. "Accessories") has a visible focus ring.
