Seems to be fixed in quantal - and it only took five years:

* debian/rules: Add smbk5pwd build.
* debian/control: Add slapd-smbk5pwd binary package.
* debian/patches/heimdal-fix: adapt parameters of
hdb_generate_key_set_password() to heimdal 1.6~git20120311
(patch from Debian #664930).
