Now I have a case where the illegal instruction is found at a different
location:

[ 1130.204654] do_trap: 36 callbacks suppressed
[ 1130.204661] mame[4027] trap invalid opcode ip:22ce868 sp:7fffb9305110
error:0 in mame[400000+3f7d000]
[ 1325.496316] mame[5778] trap invalid opcode ip:22ce868 sp:7fff661e2d30
error:0 in mame[400000+3f7d000]
[ 1329.518420] mame[5830] trap invalid opcode ip:22ce868 sp:7fff4f82c5c0
error:0 in mame[400000+3f7d000]
[ 1345.799972] mame[6020] trap invalid opcode ip:22ce868 sp:7fff0f802fc0
error:0 in mame[400000+3f7d000]
haver@gamemaster:~$ objdump -Sawx /usr/games/mame | less

haver@gamemaster:~$ grep 22ce868 mame.dis
 22ce868: 0f 0d 0c 85 40 4a b5 0a prefetchw 0xab54a40(,%rax,4)
haver@gamemaster:~$

What can this be? Stackproblems? Inconsistent builds? Processor
specifics which do not work for my P4?
