* debian/patches/30_libpoppler_new: Port to poppler 0.5.9 API (which, by and
large, consisted of reverting some parts of the patch; yay for upstream
xpdf and poppler getting closer together). LP: #121327
* debian/control: Bump libpoppler build dependency.
