package cups_1.5.3-0ubuntu4_amd64.deb don't install usr.sbin.cupsd in /etc/apparmor.d/local/
it install it in /etc/apparmor.d/ copyin it in /etc/apparmor.d/local/ do the trick :) :) ...but the package cups can't be configurded by dpkg chus@chus-HP-ProBook-4530s:~$ sudo dpkg --configure cups Configurando cups (1.5.3-0ubuntu4) ...
