Not entirely sure what you mean, but I'll answer to the best of my
ability. The original install of the kogan distro (gOS) apparently
worked with the touchpad, as did lucid. (This is from recollection of
discussion with the owner, so it may have been maveric, but he
spcifically said he was disappointed the upgrade broke the pointer).

If you need this confirmed I can query again.
