Hi Christopher, thanks for commenting. I've used 'linux-backports-modules-cw-3.4-precise-generic' to test compat-wireless. Specifically, that installed 'linux-backports-modules-cw-3.4-3.2.0-31-generic' at the time of testing, and after a reboot, the wireless got disconnected after within about half an hour with the exact error posted above.
Regarding Ndiswrapper and more mainline testing, let me see what I can do. Do you see anything in the 3.6.2 changelog that makes it particularly worth testing? http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v3.x/ChangeLog-3.6.2 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1058888 Title: 4e4:4315 Wireless dies with "b43-phy1 ERROR: MAC suspend failed" To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1058888/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
