Binary package hint: scilab
When pressing " and ' in the scilab browser I get Â" and Â' respectively on
the screen.
The same is NOT occurring on the SciPad editor.
(version: scilab-4.0, kubuntu feisty)
I don know if there is some relation to the following messages:
