An informed user may know that she need "unrar" only.
However, if a user try to open an RAR archive   in file-roller, with neither 
"unrar" and "rar" installed, she would be asked to "Search Command".
Then a dialog like the attachment would be shown, if the user click "Install" 
both "unrar" and "rar" would be installed, which is a broken state as proved by 
the test case in previous comment.
