Public bug reported:

Simply :

- Open Software Center
- Select a software already installed
- Click on "Write your own review"
- Write your own review and star the software.
- Click on Publish.
- Review gets in queue for submitting
- After about one minute, the review could not be submitted (Network error but 
no reason specified)

Cannot find anything useful in logs through log viewer or dmesg
